Secure Hacked Android Phone

I need help to remove malware or hacking scripts from my compromised Android phone.

Key Issues:
- Unfamiliar apps installed
- Battery draining quickly
- Camera activates on its own
- Gmail, Snapchat, facebook have been taken over
- contacts and media stolen
- sim card has been mirrored. Phone calls are recorded

Requirements:
- Experience in mobile security
- Ability to remove unauthorized access and scripts
- Restore phone to secure state
- Identify the hacker (is someone known to me and in my city/attack is too personal)
- remove hacker from gmail and apps and restore control
- Attempt to recover stolen contact info and photos/videos/files
