Recover Android Instagram & WhatsApp Messages

I accidentally deleted several important direct-message threads on both Instagram and WhatsApp that I access only from my Android phone. I need someone who knows mobile data-recovery or digital-forensics techniques well enough to pull those conversations back—screenshots aren’t enough; I need the full message history exported in a readable format (CSV, PDF, or another clear archive).
