Project Title: Photo Forensics Analysis - WARNING - This Project is Highly Strange

I am looking for a skilled professional who can assist me in conducting a photo forensics analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to detect image manipulation of 1 single image. I have a deadline of one week for the analysis to be completed.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in photo forensics and image analysis
- Proficiency in various image analysis tools and software
- Experience in detecting and identifying image manipulation techniques
- Knowledge of image enhancement techniques to improve image quality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the provided images to detect any signs of image manipulation
- Identify the source of the images, if possible (I have already identified the source)
- Enhance the image quality, if necessary, to assist in the analysis
Deliverables:
- Detailed report outlining the findings of the analysis, including any detected image manipulation and the techniques used OR if no manipulation is detected, include how you were able to determine this.
- If applicable, information on the source of the images
- Enhanced images, if any enhancements are made
If you have the necessary skills and experience in photo forensics analysis, and can complete the analysis within the specified deadline, I would like to hear from you. I have already done the analysis myself but I am not an expert and would like to see what someone with formal training may find that I missed. It is imperative that you leave any bias at the door. The image is strange. I am not asking you to tell me what is pictured in the image is real, just analyze it and let me know if it was manipulated and how.
I prefer to provide a URL for the source image so that the quality isn’t further downgraded.
