Pakistani Cyber-Security Engineers Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m assembling a small, Pakistan-based team to handle ongoing computer-security and digital-forensics work for several corporate clients. Every task we take on revolves around deep security analysis—scoping vulnerabilities, investigating breaches, and producing court-ready forensic reports—so proven expertise in these areas is essential.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
• Scope & Assessment
– Run comprehensive vulnerability assessments on live infrastructure and code bases.
• Incident Response & Forensics
– When a breach is suspected, capture volatile data, create forensic images, and reconstruct the attack timeline.
• Hardening & Advisory
– Translate findings into clear remediation steps, help implement secure configurations, and document everything for compliance.
Key requirements
• You are permanently based in Pakistan (clients’ data-residency rules demand this).
• Strong hands-on background in computer security and forensic techniques; familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Autopsy, FTK, Kali Linux, Burp Suite, or comparable open-source stacks.
• Ability to write concise technical reports in English, referencing relevant standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27037).
Deliverables will vary by engagement but typically include:
1. A detailed vulnerability or forensic analysis report (PDF + supporting evidence).
2. A remediation or hardening plan with clear prioritisation.
3. Clean, well-commented scripts or configurations used during the engagement.
If you’ve already led penetration tests, performed network security audits, or conducted digital forensics in a professional setting, you’ll fit right in. Let me know a recent project that showcases your skills, the tools you used, and the outcome you achieved.
