Legal Contract Signature & Date Analysis

I need a professional to analyze a legal document. In particular the date and signature on page, was the date 16/09/2021 written as one?
Is it signed at the same time by the same person.
To me it looked suspicious as the date the 1 the 09 and 2021 are in black at low resolution whereas the 6 is in greycale as are the slashes. The signature appears to be in a higher resolution to the underlying document and its encroachment on the underlying document has affected the letters in a strange way.
It seems suggestive that the document was modified to replace some other number than a 6 with the 6.
The company supplying the document say this can be explained by settings on their scanner.
To me it doesnt sound like a valid technical reason. Zooming in there are artifacts around the signature and digits suggesting to me they were pasted on from another document not signed on and scanned as the supplier states.
Your independent analysis would be appriciated.
