Identify Harassers Targeting Family

I need assistance in identifying individuals responsible for harassing my family, including a disabled child. We are experiencing both online and physical harassment. The online harassment occurs through social media, email, and involves sophisticated attacks such as video injection attacks to security cameras with augmented reality overlays, complete denial of service of all online access, man-in-the-middle attacks, root-level destruction of hardware, control of routers, screen recording, and key logging. There are many more details, but we are talking constitutional rights destroying targetting. We had a hard drive with 300 gb of data and evidence they destroyed that we need help with as well. This falls into ADA territory and they have terrorized our daughter with mosaic Down syndrome hacking her tv and showing her disturbing images. She was at school "why are the hackers doing this to me." That might sound dramatic but it is true. She has mosaic Down which makes her abit sharper than trisomy 21.

Based on what we work out, there is alot to be done as there is a possible RICO case and massive amounts of litigation to be done here as it is also tied to a 1.5 billion dollar DOE contract where we live. We are nothing special but pissed the wrong persons off and it just is a bizarre story.
