Forensic analysis of a 2 page PDF document.

I am looking for a skilled professional who can conduct a forensic analysis of a 2-page PDF document. The purpose of the analysis is to identify any tampering or forgery that may have occurred. The document appears to have been scanned into a copier and emailed when initially created but subsequent edits appear to have been made based on the anchoring symbols that appear around several items in the document.
The client requires both a summary of findings in a report and also markups/callouts on the document indicating where edits have been made. No suggestions on how to rectify the issues are necessary.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
