Forensic-Level SMS Recovery from iPhone

I am in dire need of an L2/L3 expert with forensic-level data recovery skills. I am attempting to recover SMS messages from September 2023 that I cannot retrieve, despite my iCloud settings indicating that messages should never be deleted and are synced to iCloud.
Key Details:
- The SMS messages were originally stored on my iPhone.
- I have already attempted using third-party data recovery tools but, unfortunately, they were unsuccessful.
- Since using the third-party tools, I have not performed any data overwrite or factory reset on the iPhone.
iCloud indicates that there are 25GB of backed-up messages totaling 114,000 messages. Despite this, I have not been able to retrieve any of them with the help of Apple Care.
