Simple schematic design with flip-flops

I require a simple solution (most likely by using flip-flops) for the circuit that will take digital signal of fixed frequency and variable pulse width and then alternately toggle two output pins. However, both output pins states should go to 0 when the input signal goes to 0.

Take a look at the attached timing diagram as the task is immediately understandable.

Please note that only CD4xxx (4000-series) parts can be used in the design.
