SRAM and it’s application with a wrapper -- 2

It’s a paper based on SRAM and how it can be used with a wrapper. I need a general paper with basic information so that I can publish and present in college, the paper can have basic info like the evolution of memory, how sram was created, internal structure of sram, how SRAM works and things along that line and also how it can be used with a wrapper and it’s benefits of using a wrapper on an sram
