HR on boarding app and manager allocator

Power Apps app that has all deparmentamental managers listed, the status of each manager, and even important details such as annual leave.
This way the HR can check out available managers to allocate to new joiners and select the manager that best suits.
Power Automate can read the list of all managers that are available or are selected, send out reminder emails, or even a warning email to inform/remind that a team member has already joined the company and an action needs to be followed.
The HR team can see when a manager is selected through the app and request to confirm the starting date for the new joiners at which time Power Automate can send a reminder to the manager and the HR team to engage with the new joiner.
Power BI can take all the data generated from the app and analyse it to help us understand how the manager process is working. This way we can decide if we need modify the approach, if some users or departments need dedicated processes, and when each manager as reached their capacity.
