Religious image

I am seeking an adjustable digital image to use for commercial and personal use. The desired image should be a medium size approximately 4"x 2 1/2" but adjustable. I have attached an image of the virgin Mary, I want the image digitally enhanced, keeping the vintage look. If this project is something you can do please let me know.
