Quick dnd character art

So the dnd campaign i'm about to join is a very cyberpunk themed type world and i was hoping to get a more advanced cyberpunk version of the avatar i usually embody in these things, generally what he looks like is in the file i attached, male, long messy hair, blue eyes, straight faced. Though for this i was thinking he should have cybernetic arms all the way up to his shoulder blades, also should probably look a bit more toned, and maybe a more shrouded/cloaked and slim cyberpunk bounty hunter style kind of armor, probably with a gun attached to the hip. Also with the katana having more of a tech like glow to it. But yeah, generally what id prefer is that black and dark blue type of theme. Also for this, if you could add a tattoo on the side of his neck with the number "49" that'd be great too. If anyone could get back to me on it id seriously appreciate it.
