Modern Feminine Planner Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m putting together a digital planner aimed at ambitious female entrepreneurs and I need a designer who can translate a clear page-by-page brief into a polished, editable file that feels modern, elegant and executive. The finished document may range anywhere from a lean 50-page starter pack to the full 200-page suite depending on final content approvals, so your layout system must be modular and easy for me to add or remove spreads later.
Core page lineup
• 1 branded cover page that instantly communicates the pastel rose–navy–beige colour story, using clean sans-serif typography and subtle iconography.
• 10 goal-setting pages that introduce annual, quarterly and monthly goal frameworks, habit trackers and audience-specific progress metrics.
• 12 monthly spreads, each featuring the three must-have blocks selected above: Financial overview, Project timeline and Important dates.
• 52 weekly spreads with clearly defined Key tasks, Weekly goals and a Meeting notes panel.
• 120 daily pages that combine Top priorities, Time-blocking sections and a small Inspirational quote area to keep momentum high.
• 5 guided reflection pages to prompt monthly reviews and adjustments.
• Re-usable tracker inserts (habits, expenses, KPIs) that match the main aesthetic.
Motivational quotes will be threaded tastefully throughout.
Design vibe
Think soft pastels meeting boardroom polish: generous white space, light rose headers, navy accents for contrast, beige neutrals to soften. Icons should be minimal line style; typography should lean toward a geometric sans such as Montserrat or Avenir for headings with a harmonious body face.
Workflow & hand-off
I’ll supply reference imagery (see attached) plus any copy you need. You create the master layout, apply paragraph/character styles, and hand over an editable file—Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher or a layered PDF all work, as long as I can swap text and move elements without rebuilding the document.
Acceptance criteria
• Every page type above present, correctly ordered and styled.
• Colour palette and fonts match the specified vibe.
• All text, shapes and icons fully editable.
• Final file delivered alongside any linked fonts or assets.
If you have a portfolio featuring planners, journals or workbook templates, I’d love to see it when you bid.
