E-Learning and internal resource support

I am seeking expertise to improve our company's online resources and training content.
Key areas include:
- Developing an effective training resource bank to accompany our training programs which specialise in technical skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Implementing technology, such as e-learning and micro-learning resources, to enhance the training experience and ensure improvement in the lacking areas.
-Align internal content with our external marketing
Ideally, the selected candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and technology implementation. Proficiency in creating engaging and effective learning materials is a must. Knowledge of sales training is highly appreciated. We value an individual who can tailor the learning experience to cater to our specific needs.
