ESG Maturity Model

I'm looking for a freelancer to help us create a maturity model. Our goal is to identify areas of improvement, evaluate our current performance, and create a roadmap for future growth. This project involves creating a model specifically for our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. We are currently in the developing stage of our maturity level, but we need help getting it to a higher level. The successful freelancer must be able to analyze our current maturity level, develop a methodology, and create the model. We are looking for someone with a track record in the ESG space and a deep understanding of maturity models, so that the model created meets our specific needs.
