Create Digital Menu for restaurant

I need someone to help me with creating a digital menu for my Asian restaurant along with a QR code. Currently, we use a hard copy of the menu but would like to transition to using digital menu. The scope doesn't include creating a menu, just digitising it.

I'll share the menu once the budget and timelines have been agreed.
