Convert Hand-Drawn Engineering Plan to Digital

Job ID: 40245046

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

I have a scanned, engineer-drawn drainage and structural plan that must be converted into a digital PowerPoint & subsequent PDF.

All I need is an exact replica of what you see on the paper:

• Every structural line drawn in solid black.
• All drainage lines traced in red, following the highlighted arrows.
• Existing labels copied verbatim—MH1, MH2, BL1, ML, Front Door, Pavement, and any others shown.
• Manholes, gullys, stacks and similar symbols (if applicable) placed exactly where they appear (& in red).

You’ll work from a template, and copy in a screenshot of the hand-drawn plan that I shared into the template, and then simply draw on top of this. Once all line/ annotations have been successfully copied, copy & paste the file name into the red text box on the right hand side. Delete the hand-drawn image you had been drawing over, and save the file as both a PowerPoint & PDF, with the same file name allocated to the original scanned hand-drawn plan.

A demonstration video is available to view here (https://www.dropbox.com/t/tyVJow0pbdfak49v).

This usually takes me between 10-30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the drawn plan, but I am looking for somebody else to undertake this task. We get these plans every week or two, so this could potentially be a recurring task.

Please can you assess the task & give me a fixed price to carry out this task.
