ADHD Planner Bonus Additions Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Project Description.
I need a graphic designer to create two bonus items for an existing ADHD-friendly digital planner. The items are:
Item 1: "Stuck? Try This" Flowchart Card
· A small printable card (approx 4" x 6" or similar)
· Must match the existing planner's calming, clean style and colour palette
· Content will be provided (see below)
· Should include simple icons or arrows for the flowchart
Item 2: Digital Sticker Pack
· 8-9 individual PNG stickers with transparent backgrounds
· High resolution (300 DPI)
· Same colour palette and style as the planner
· Text-based stickers with optional small icons
· Delivered in a zipped folder
Content Provided:
Flowchart Card Content:
```
STUCK? TRY THIS
I'M STUCK
Choose a 5 minute timer
Do one tiny task
(e.g., open the document, write one sentence, send one email)
↓
Reward yourself
(tea, stretch, deep breath, music, step outside)
---
IF I'M REALLY STUCK:
□ Message a body double
□ Change location
□ Do an easy win
□ Take a reset break
Progress, not perfection.
```
Sticker List:
1. I SHOWED UP
2. PROGRESS > PERFECTION
3. TINY STEP TAKEN
4. DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT
5. REST WITHOUT GUILT
6. SMALL STILL COUNTS
7. I DID MY BEST
8. ✓ (simple checkmark)
9. I CAN LET GO FOR NOW (optional bonus sticker)
---
Requirements:
· Must match existing planner style (calming, clean, muted/neutral colours)
· Flowchart card: printable, clear hierarchy, easy to read at a glance
· Stickers: transparent PNG, high resolution, usable in GoodNotes/Notability
· Final deliverables: high-resolution PNGs (stickers) + print-ready PDF (flowchart card)
· Source file (Canva link, Illustrator, or similar) included
---
Additional Notes:
· I will share a sample of the existing planner for style reference once the project begins
· I trust your creative judgment on layout and formatting
· No revisions beyond minor tweaks – I just need it to match the existing style
