Watermark and Compress Photos

I need help with processing about 150 JPEG photos on MacOS.

Requirements:
- Minimize file size with low quality reduction (more compression)
- Apply 10 different watermarks in random order
- Watermarks need to be designed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, GIMP)
- Experience with batch processing images
- Graphic design skills for watermark creation
- MacOS familiarity
