I'm seeking a creative artist to design a VTuber character based on my current mascot. The design should maintain the essence of the mascot but with some modifications.

Key Requirements:
- No mask and no hat
- Visible brown hair styled to match a tactical/cool vibe

Outfit Options (to be finalized):
- Ghillie suit (stealth, tactical theme)
- Stylish long coat (military/frost aesthetic)

Live2D Rigging (preferred) for:
- Facial expressions
- Mouth sync

Optional:
- Small props (headset, weapon reimagined, or gaming gear)

Style Reference:
- Strong, modern, “frost/tactical” aesthetic
- Dark tones with purple accents (to match FrostCream branding)
- Clean, anime-inspired style suitable for streaming

Deliverables:
