Scale eBay via Printful Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am an independent artist looking to take a step back from the management portion of my art sales via EBay.
Budget: Low to start, trying not to spend more than $100 every couple of weeks, but will be able to offer more work + tips to a candidate that proves exemplary. This will be reoccurring work for the right freelancer.
Ideal candidate: Experience with Printful, EBay, an art enthusiast, good communicator.
Native English not required, but being able to communicate metaphorically and clearly is desired.
I’ve already connected my eBay seller account to Printful, but what I really need now is a Print-on-Demand pro who can take my paintings and push them to my EBay store on a regular basis.
Your main focus will be product setup: creating each item in Printful, selecting the right variants, writing clear titles and descriptions, generating mock-ups, mapping shipping profiles and making sure every listing syncs flawlessly. Inventory management and fulfillment rules are already handled by Printful, so once the listings are live they should flow automatically.
I’ll supply the finished designs, brand guidelines, and any copy I’ve drafted.
Here’s the workflow:
- I upload all of my paintings to a folder that you can access, on either Google Drive or Dropbox.
- You choose the paintings based on current stock and what should sell based on your best guess.
- You create the listing and push it to EBay, paying special attention to mockups and print quality.
As of right now, I mainly make posters, canvas prints, and phone cases (iphone and Samsung), so these don’t require a lot of editing. Slap it on, make sure the DPI is in the green, and hit send. You will not be required to fulfill products, manage inventory, or handle social media.
Absolutely no AI use is permitted as part of this project, and discretion is expected.
If those deliverables work smoothly, we can rinse-and-repeat to scale the catalogue further. Let me know your experience with Printful’s product templates, bulk edit, and variant-level pricing tools, and share a brief example of an eBay store you’ve helped grow using Printful. I’ll need to be able to see a seller hub and demonstrable proof of sales.
