Romantic Monochromatic Art Creation

I need a stylized black and white art piece created from a photo. Black, white, gray. Needs to be 30" x 60" that I can get printed to canvas - better yet if you have that capability to send me a rolled up canvas, but electronic is fine as well. Project will involve cleaning / removing background and adding style around it. I have the picture and a couple of large art pieces that I want to use as inspiration for you. The whole project needs to shout romance. I have attached two pics - one of the old romantic style I am looking for and the other of the subject matter. It needs to be rotated so 60" wide x 30" tall, remove everything but her and put her in a romantic setting. Cover the breasts as this will hang in our living room.
