Remove NG Tube From Baby Photos

I have three high-resolution portraits of my baby where an NG tube and its small adhesive sticker are visible on his cheek. I’d like both of these elements removed so the pictures look as though they were never there—no signs of cloning, blur, or heavy airbrushing. Skin tone, tiny hairs, and natural shadows must remain intact; the goal is a completely natural look that would stand up to close inspection and large-format printing.

You’ll receive the original JPEGs (shot on a full-frame camera), and I’d like the retouched files returned in the same resolution plus layered PSDs so I can make future tweaks if needed. Let me know if you need any reference shots or additional details before starting.
