Realistic Watercolour to Flat Colour Art

I'm looking for an artist to transform a watercolour artwork into a flat colour version, ready for screen printing on cotton fabric. The print will be for clothing use.

Requirements:
- Redraw existing watercolour in flat colours
- Max 6 colours
- Realistic style
- Suitable for screen printing on cotton
- Use of half tones allowed, but not too fine

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in watercolour and digital art
- Experience with screen printing and fabric printing techniques
