Realistic Sketch for Commercial Use -- 2

I need a clean, realistic sketch that I can legally use in my upcoming commercial project. The subject matter is straightforward and will be shared once we start, but think along the lines of a product-focused scene with clear, lifelike detail—no cartoon or abstract elements.

Here’s what I’d like in the final hand-off:
• A high-resolution digital file (300 dpi or higher, PNG or layered PSD preferred) ready for print and web.
• A version without background shading so my designer can drop it onto different layouts.
• Full commercial rights granted on delivery.

If you work traditionally, please provide a well-lit, high-resolution scan; digital artists are welcome as long as the finished piece still feels hand-rendered. Turnaround is flexible within the next week, but accuracy and a polished, realistic finish are key.
