Realistic Sci-Fi Comic Illustrator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m ready to move an eight-book science-fiction series from script to finished pages and need an illustrator who thrives on sleek, futuristic visuals rendered in a realistic comic style—think hard tech, believable environments, and expressive characters rather than high-fantasy flourishes.
Here’s how I’d like each page to flow:
• Day 1: you send a tight, detailed line drawing so we can lock in poses, perspective, and composition.
• Day 2: you deliver the fully colored page with realistic lighting, materials, and FX.
• Day 3: you turn around any small revisions from my notes.
All reference material—character sheets, a sample finished page, and thorough panel-by-panel descriptions—will be in your hands before you begin. Final artwork must arrive as a layered PSD: every panel grouped separately so lettering and future tweaks are painless.
Because this is a long-term commitment, I’ll choose the right collaborator through a paid test: one scripted page due within 24 hours of receipt. Submit both the approved line art and the final colored version. Once we confirm it meets the brief, you’ll be paid for the page and invited onto the series.
If rapid turnaround, disciplined file structure, and cinematic sci-fi imagery are in your wheelhouse, I’m looking forward to seeing your test page.
