Realistic Photo Digital Illustration

I have a photo that I’d like transformed into a realistic yet clean digital painting for the date. Please keep the likeness true to the original image! Sun dial should be straight on, apologies I dont have great photos!
Can the image be set to the left and then SAVE THE DATE be put on the right with the date 12.06.27 underneath, sample attached
You’re free to work in Photoshop, Procreate, or any comparable software, as long as the final artwork looks like a hand-painted illustration rather than a filter.
If this sounds straightforward and you’ve completed similar photo-to-painting projects, I’d love to see a couple of samples and get started right away.
