Realistic-Cartoon Comic Character Design

I’m putting together a new comic and need an illustrator who can blend grounded, realistic anatomy with the bold lines and energy of classic comic-book cartooning. I already have several key characters mapped out and can supply clear photo references of the real people they’re based on, so you’ll be translating those likenesses into dynamic, full-color comic style, not inventing brand-new heroes from scratch.
Can you create all the finished illustrations for the comic book ? I have a script and all scene and panel descriptions.
Here’s what I may need from you depending on what your capabilities are:
• Turn each photo reference into a polished, front-and-back character sheet that captures facial likeness, costume, and signature poses.
• Provide layered PSD (or Clip Studio) files at 300 dpi so I can easily extract line art, flats, and final colors.
• Supply a separate high-res PNG of the final colored figure with transparent background for layout flexibility.
I’m looking for someone comfortable mixing painterly shading with classic inking, so think along the lines of a modern Adam Hughes or early Alex Ross meets Saturday-morning dynamism.
