Punk Skeleton Digital Art

I'm looking to have a custom black-and-white illustration created for a memorial urn. I attached a reference image that captures the general style I'm looking for. The design features a central skull with a short punk-style mohawk, surrounded on each side by skeletal hands making the "rock on" gesture. Surrounding the artwork is a circular quote written in a bold Gothic/Old English font. I love the punk rock, tattoo-flash, and album-cover aesthetic of the piece, and I'm looking for something with clean linework, strong contrast, and a hand-drawn feel that can be used for engraving, printing, or an urn wrap.

The overall tone should feel rebellious, artistic, music-inspired, and thoughtful rather than dark or frightening. This is a memorial piece for my father, who called himself "The Punk Poet," so I want the artwork to celebrate his personality, love of music, humor, individuality, and outlook on life. I'm hoping to use this reference as a starting point and then customize the final design with a personal quote, imagery, and details that were meaningful to him.
