Overview
I am looking for a skilled illustrator to convert a set of physical therapy exercise images into clean, modern, 2D flat illustrations. These illustrations will be used in a digital health product and must clearly and accurately represent each exercise.
This project requires precision — the illustrations must exactly match the form, positioning, and posture shown in the original images.

• Convert 26 total exercise images into 2D flat illustrations - see Hip Exercise Images PDF
• Exercises are hip and lower-body physical therapy movements
• Source materials provided:
o “Hip Exercises Images” (original images + written exercise descriptions)
o “Illustration Examples” (2 sample illustrations showing desired style)

Illustration Style Requirements
• Clean, 2D flat illustration style
• Simple, professional, medical/physical-therapy appropriate
• No shading or heavy textures
• Clear limb positioning and joint angles
• Consistent proportions across all illustrations

Accuracy & Positioning (Very Important)
• Exact body positioning must be maintained
o Leg angle, arm position, torso posture, and alignment must match the original image precisely
• Do not stylize or “improve” posture
• Exercise descriptions are provided to reinforce correct positioning and must be followed closely

Character & Visual Consistency
• Illustrated subject may be male or female
• All illustrations must:
o Use the same shirt color
o Use the same shoe style and color
o Be visually consistent across the full set (same character style)

Process Requirement
• You must provide 1 initial sample illustration for approval
• Full set should only be completed after sample approval
• Revisions may be requested to ensure medical accuracy and consistency

Deliverables
• 26 final illustrations
• High-resolution files (SVG, AI, or PNG — please specify what you provide)
• Clean, organized file naming. Each file should be named by the exercise name following by the number.
