Old Decal Restoration

I need an old bike decal restored. You'll be working from a scan I made of the decal on A4 paper.

Requirements:
- Color correction
- Image cleanup
- Text adjustments as necessary

Final deliverable should be in a digital file format, and the size must be the same as the original decal.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with decal design and restoration
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
