Modern Digital Birthday Card

I am a Realtor and would like a birthday card designed that I can send to clients. It should be warm, not childish, but a little fun and have the tagline 'Happy Birthday! We've checked the comps - you're still way above market value!'. Have a great day, William Stringer and Ross McDyre, The Albion Group. Our colours are #273c3f and white, maybe accent of gold. Feel free to add a little bit of colour selectively if you add baloons or a house. As we are Realtors we would love there to be a house in the re somehow, also we are on Vancouver Island so think Lakes, Mountains, Island, Ocean, Forrest, Wildlife. The lake picture gives an idea of our usual marketing and the look of the island, but don't feel afraid to add a little bit of fun in the picture to soften the whole thing as its for birthdays!
