48x48 Lego Portrait Blueprint

I’d like a basic digital plan for a large 48 × 48-stud Lego mosaic. The subject is a portrait styled after a favorite movie or book character; I’ll share reference art once we start.

All I need at this stage is:
• A clear mosaic blueprint (image broken down into stud-by-stud colour map).
• A simple parts list that I can upload to BrickLink.
• The design file in LEGO Studio, Mosaic Maker, or any compatible format.

Keep colour selections to readily available bricks and aim for a balanced, recognisable likeness. No physical bricks or advanced rendering required—just the core plan so I can build it myself.
