Image Refinement and Modification

I'm looking for an artist to refine an image.

Requirements:
- Refine lines
- Improve overall sharpness
- Rotate body clockwise slightly (just to look more natural with the right elbow that you will add)
- Add right arm and elbow behind the red sword

The added elements should be somewhat similar to the existing art style.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in digital art editing
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with image refinement and modification
- Ability to match and adapt to existing art styles
