Highly Detailed Anime Character Design

I need a single, highly detailed anime-style character created from scratch. The final art should capture subtle facial expressions, intricate costume elements, and clean line work that will hold up at large print sizes as well as on-screen.

Deliverables:
• Full-body, color illustration (front view) in layered PSD or Clip Studio file
• Separate transparent PNG export at 300 dpi
• A simplified line-art layer so I can tweak colors later
