I'm seeking a talented artist to create 5 character splash art pieces in a high res splash art cyberpunk style. Think League of Legends splash art mixed with Cyberpunk. (See attachments for close to final product requests). The characters will be a blend of original and existing elements, set against a futuristic city backdrop.
