Fantasy Children's Book Illustrator

I'm seeking a talented children's book illustrator for a series of books aimed at 4-7 year olds. "SAM IS DIFFERENT" offers a lovely, sensitive boy who will deliver stoic lessons of managing life and the challenges of young children.
Each book is 10 full spread (20) pages w 10 illustrations plus front and back covers formatted for cross platform publishing in ebook, paperback and hardcover.

Key Requirements:
- Art Style: natural watercolor finish
- Themes: Regular children and natural landscapes painted in luscious but refined watercolor. Not looking for packaged computer generated "big eyed" children...
real artistic sensibilities are appreciated.


Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience illustrating for children's books, particularly for the 4-7 age group
- Strong ability in watercolor techniques
- Creativity in depicting natural children and spiritual elements
- Portfolio showcasing similar work
