Family Photo Color & Retouching

I have a lovely group portrait of my mother’s six granddaughters, and I want to make it absolutely gift-worthy. The image needs an overall color correction so skin tones look natural and consistent, plus subtle retouching of the girl on the left.
That same girl needs her dress color to change to a solid navy blue tone. She's overweight and the pattern of the dress makes it worse. Apart from that alteration, all other colors should stay true to the original scene.
