Dynamic Zombie Game Thumbnail
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
A 16:9 thumbnail is needed for the first episode of my new YouTube series, “Dying Light – The Beast.” The scene must show Cole and me in mid-action, fighting off a small horde of zombies inside the game’s gritty environment, while the series title sits boldly in view.
Visual style
Blend a mostly cartoonish look with just enough realism to give the zombies some bite—think vibrant colours, clean outlines and a touch of texture so the danger still feels real.
Key elements to include
• Clear likenesses of the two main characters (reference photos supplied after award)
• At least three zombies lunging toward us
• Background that evokes the in-game setting (urban decay, broken neon, etc.)
• The text “Dying Light – The Beast” placed where it remains legible at small sizes
Deliverables & specs
• Final art in 16:9, minimum 2560 × 1440 px PNG
• Layered PSD or AI file so I can tweak text in future episodes
• Colour profile sRGB, ready for YouTube upload
Acceptance criteria
1. Characters and zombies are instantly recognisable at thumbnail scale.
2. Colour palette pops against YouTube’s dark theme.
3. Text remains crisp and readable on both desktop and mobile previews.
Once hired, I’ll send reference shots, logo text, and any additional guidance you may need.
