Company charter
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for someone to help me draft a company charter for my new business. We specialize in industrial automation maintenance and I'm looking for someone with experience in drafting and reviewing company charters to help us get started.
I have an ideal of what I want for this charter. Ideally I'll be kept simple for use on cards, vehicle vinyl, and other business media.
The basic idea is of a crazy old mountain man like an old 49er riding a tool chest (such as a Proto s550 or Snap-on Epiq) like its falling off the mountain cascading from the right side going left and forward tword the foreground.
Every company has this section for applicant's so if you're interested in the history of whats going on.
I've been doing service work in industries like oil/gas, manufacturing, fabrication and machine shops for 13 years most of that time was working for a company directly or though a temp agency/ contractor dispatch. In about 2017 working another junk job I managed to get a contract job on my own when they asked for a company name it came to me on the spot Mountain Man Maintenance today Mountain Man Maintenance Machining and Moving (because fun) it fell to the wayside till early this year (2023) when Mountain Man picked up our first service rig. Now under a USDOT im looking to make things more official by building up the equipment to take on jobs that are fun to work. Im gearing Mountain Man as a company to help other small companies and shop with there equipment needs. From new instructions, repairs, upgrades, updates, mods and full custom equipment ment to help them in there industries. These customers have always been the most excited about what they do and have the most pride in what they do. It is a privilege to help them in there time of need.
