Cartoon Theater Marquee Illustration

I need an illustration of my neighborhood movie theater’s marquee (Clairidge) with one character: a worker using a long pole to arrange the letters on the sign. He or she will be removing the letters from the words Christmas Holidaze [sic] Classics so that only Christ remains on the marquee and the other letters are on the sidewalk. I want it to be black and white with color accents of a Christmas theme. I'd like a rough sketch first ahead of creating the final artwork.

The resulting digital file (PNG) should produce a 18×24-inch print without quality loss.
