Job Title: Children's Cartoon Illustrator – Character & Storybook Design (Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a talented Cartoon Illustrator to design colorful characters, storybook scenes, and virtue roadmap graphics for Charalle Education’s children’s curriculum.
Responsibilities
Create bright, friendly, Pixar/storybook-style digital illustrations based on creative briefs.
Maintain consistent character appearance (faces, clothing, expressions) across multiple scenes.
Deliver high-resolution digital files ready for web, animation, and print formats.
Work closely with the content team during Australian working hours.
Required Skills
Exceptional digital illustration skills (Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong ability to maintain character consistency across different poses and scenes.
Portfolio demonstrating vibrant, child-friendly cartoon style.
Fluent English communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Applicants based in Malaysia or Taiwan.
Knowledge of AI image workflow tools (Leonardo.ai, Midjourney reference tags).
Ability to understand Chinese.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Melbourne, Australia Time / AEST)
Rate
AUD $5.00 – $8.00 / hour
Deliverables
Character design model sheets.
Completed high-resolution 16:9 and 4:3 scene illustrations.
Layered source files (PSD/AI) when requested.
