Cartoon Illustration Cleanup & Corrections

I need a skilled illustrator who can breathe new life into an existing cartoon piece. The artwork requires full-spectrum editing: adjust the lighting so the scene feels cohesive, balance and correct the colours, and apply a smooth digital-painting touch-up that keeps the original hand-drawn charm intact.

A few elements have to go, a few need to change, and everything should be fine-tuned so the final composition looks intentional—no stray lines or muddy hues. The colour work is most crucial in the background and in some smaller foreground props; once those tones sit right, the rest should fall into place.

Please deliver the cleaned-up illustration as layered PSD (or Procreate) plus a flattened high-resolution PNG so I can drop it straight into print and web layouts. Let me know if you need the working file or reference palette in advance; I’ll send everything over right away.
