Bring my idea to life.

I have a DALL-E image of an anamorphic shark I use as my anti-logo. I want him in a new scene. He's holding a five-petal flower (no stem) as a shield, hiding from a police officer and a few civilians. My image is my sketch of what I want it to look like, plus the reference photos. I used the Monopoly police guy in my sketch, but the cop and the citizens can be whatever you want. The shark and the flower are what's important. "Metro 4 Life" tattoo and wads of cash are also important. That's the green stuff in my sketch; he knocked over one of his piles and now there's some bills floating in the air. They're not growing out of his neck like it looks like.
