Anime-Style OC Illustration Needed

I’d like to commission a polished, full-colour illustration of my original character in a graceful, elegant pose. Think soft pastel tones—nothing too bold or saturated—so the overall mood stays light and delicate.

The final artwork should be delivered as a high-resolution PNG (3,000 px on the longest side or larger) suitable for both screen display and small-run prints. If you work in Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate, a layered file would be a welcome bonus for future tweaks.
