2.5D Animation for videos - Freshers please do not apply

Looking for the following artists who should be exceptionally great and fast in their work for 12 videos (6 minutes each) in 2.5 D animation.
PLEASE NOTE: if you fit into any one or two roles, please share your relevant work with us, Do not guide us to a general portfolio.
Details:
There will be 12 videos of 6 minutes duration each based on Cricket history and stories around them. You will be give a script and storyboard. You have to (depending upon your role in the project) execute it as per the reference video link given below. Also attached is a sample animatics video.
If you have a knack for cricket and its history, it will be an added advantage for the project but it is not mandatory.
Following are the artists we require:
1. Background Paint artist (7 years min) - You job will be to pain the BG’s as close to real as possible. Generally speaking the BG’s shall be related to cricket grounds largely.
2. Layout Artist (5 years exp min) - You job will be to set the layout of the frame.
3. Character Designer (7 years exp min) you will be a key asset in this project- based on the image reference you will need to design may be a Kapil Dev in his playing days for example. So you better be good at what you do.
4. After Effects Compositor (5 years exp min) - You job will be to setup the input footages and create a treatment as in the reference video given below.
