Sales Person for Digital/Web Products Who Is Based In Japan

I am looking for a freelance sales person preferable native Japanese who lives in Japan who can provide sales support in Japan on a commission basis with perhaps a small monthly retainer. I would prefer someone who has web design design and SEO knowledge but I am willing to teach all aspects to some one who is very interested in getting into this field.
