Candidate will lead initiatives to generate, engage, and manage the “New Business Development” endeavors, to build new business for RMS. Candidate must have an Entrepreneurial Mind-Set; only understanding, that Self-Awareness, Accountability, and Strong Communications and Leadership is an absolute requirement for this position.

**Sales | Customer Relations - Perform Sales Call & Enroll Customers
**Department Management - Recruit & Manage ALL Digital Agency Sales Managers
Digital Agency Experience and Skill-set:
**Project | Product Management: Agile and/or Scrum
**IT Server Solutions: Hosting and Server Hardware | Software | Security | Backup
**Content Writing: Content Writing for any Digital Footprint Environment
**Design & Development: UX & UI WordPress (Elementor) | WooCommerce
**Software Applications: Architecture | Engineering | Programming | Design | Development
**Digital & Programmatic Marketing Management:
Qualifications:
** Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent
** Minimum of 8-Years’ Experience
** Knowledge | Execution of Successful New Business Development - Digital Footprint Project Strategies
** Strong "English" Communication Skills
** Strong Team and Quality Management Experience | Skill-Set
** Strong Industry Knowledge of Digital Marketing CRM Platforms (Zoho | SEMrush | Hubspot | Yext | etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
**Sales | Customer Relations: Compensated Monthly - $20.00 (USD) per Hour
**Profit Sharing: Prepaid on ALL Projects - $2.00 (USD) per Hour on ALL “RMSfirm.com Project Billable Hours”
