devops helm mesh kubernetes elastic search

We have gentics mesh deployed on our on premises kubernetes through helm charts which is currently configured with opensearch elastic search ,now we need to push data to elastic search on EKS and also need to identify any other dependencies or indices ,how to move from opensearch to ES EKS

this is my current requirement
